Cancelling an Order

You’re eligible to cancel your orders (all products) at no cost

and receive a refund within 12 hours of the purchase. Please

contact our customer service team as soon as possible at

cs@vavajo.com with your order #. Orders that have been

fully processed into our warehouse or shipped may no longer

be cancelled. Should you wish to return an order that has yet to

arrive you may reject and reroute the order. Once the order is

received back into our warehouse you will be refunded subject

to a 20% recovery fee.


Free Items

Free items are offered for the purpose of product testing and

market research. Therefore, they are subjected to limited

warranty services and not eligible for any refund or return (also

mentioned in our free products page). We are always striving to

improve our services so If you have any issues/suggestions on

Free items, you can leave us your feedback at

info@vavajo.com.


Sale Items and Discounts

The products purchased on sale or with a discount code are

offered for the purpose of stock clearance. Therefore, they are

subjected to limited warranty services and not eligible for any

refund or return.


Damaged Shipments

We fully take care of all of our shipments and if a delivery is

damaged, we will gladly replace the product or refund. You

should immediately inspect the order upon delivery and notify

us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery with the following

information.


– Your order number

– A description

– Photographic evidence

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the

support team, we cannot action a replacement or refund. Once

we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and

efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.
